BILL ANDERSON Born 1941, Mankato, Minnesota. Bill was an art teacher for thirty-eight years in Minnesota, Appleton, Wisconsin, Long Beach, Anaheim and Los Alamitos, California. He has had solo and group exhibits in California, Arizona Minnesota, Wisconsin, Italy, Holland, France, Japan, Greece and Mexico. His works are included in the permanent collections of the Vincent Price Museum, Bowers Museum, Carnegie Museum, National Museum of Watercolor, Mexico and National Museum of Printmaking, Mexico. He was selected as Huntington Beach's "Artist of the Year" in 1986 and is included in Who's Who in American Art and Who's Who in American Education. He is included in the "History of California Watercolor 1850-1970" by Gordon Mc Clelland and Jay Last, 2002, as well as a book on the art of Bill Anderson, 1984.
